Okay, I found and fixed the issue. I uploaded a new build 0.4.1 which includes this fix. You can download the new build here:

Just enter your login information and it will download the build. Let me know if it fixes the issue (it will! )

I am having a devil of a time reproducing this. Can you give me some additional details? What OS are you on? Where were you in the game? Were you in full screen mode or windowed? Have you tried deleting the game and installing it again?
