login failed

I bought the game yesterday but when i try to play it says login failed ive tried the firewall exeption still no luck thanks :P

Can you look in the host-file (C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\host), and remove any reference to api.crashtastic.com , and try logging in again?

Are you using the same login information as what you used to download the game? What version of the udpater are you using? (It shows in the bottom left part of the updater)

Yes i am and the updater version is v0.6.1

Another thing don't know if it will help i tried to recover my password and i never got the email i tried a few times and still not working its been a week or more. thanks :D

my guess is that your email address is probably incorrect in the user database. Can you send email to support@crashtastic.com with what email address you are trying to login with is?
