Doh! I fixed your email before seeing this. You should be able to use your correct email address now. Let me know if you run into further issues.

my guess is that your email address is probably incorrect in the user database. Can you send email to support@crashtastic.com with what email address you are trying to login with is?

Hi Liam, I haven't been able to reproduce this. What version of OSX are you on?

Can you look in the host-file (C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\host), and remove any reference to  api.crashtastic.com , and try logging in again?  

Thanks. I considered only allowing the checkpoints to work in one direction, but left it the way it is. I see good and bad reasons to have them one way, and may change this in the future. What do you guys think?

Are you using the same login information as what you used to download the game? What version of the udpater are you using? (It shows in the bottom left part of the updater)

Are you on the latest version 0.4.6? I haven't heard any people mention this bug for quite some time, as it should have been fixed back in 0.4.4. Let me know if you are on the latest release and still having problems.
