Cant connect! Please help!!!

Hi. I just bought the game and i open the launcher and write in the Email and password. Then i press connect, but its just saying connecting! Nothing happends. I have tried to add it to the firewall, but it still cant connect! Please help!!!

do this: open my computer, C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts and open with notepad. look through the txt file and delete anything that says crashtastic. save the file, and try again. if this doesn't work try resetting your password.
