Can you try adding Crashtastic to the Windows Firewall?
You can do this by:
Click Start then Control Panel
Click System and Security
Click "Allow a program through Windows Firewall"
Click Change Setttings
Click Allow another program..
Click Browse and find the Crashtastic.exe file in the diretory you installed it.
Click Add
Make sure crashtastic.exe Public is checked.
Click OK
You may need to reboot, after which you can try to login again.
Also, check to make sure that you look in the host-file (C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\host), and remove any reference to api.crashtastic.com
if you are still having problems. Please email support@crashtastic.com
