Cannot change some settings.

Pre 0.4.7 and after, I haven't been able to change my graphics quality.  Last week, I was able to change it from Fantastic to Fastest but then it was locked in and I couldn't use the arrows to change it to anything else.  Today I tried again and it's still stuck.


EDIT:  I also cannot change sound volume, music volume and zoom sensitivity. Resolution, fullscreen and VSync can be changed.

Ok I solved the problem temporarily.

From the main menu, nothing.

But if you go in the game on the options you can change the settings.

Win 7 Ultimate 64bit.
