Blue blocks inside each other

When i am in the Editor and lets say i try to brace two points together, the brace spawns a blue block inside the already existing once which, when physics are applied in game SLAM out of each other coursing torque and pushing as the blue blocks collide and push out of each other revealing two unattached blue blocks.

Not sure why this is happening at all. See in the picture the simple example i'v made where you can see the brace has spawned a block in and forced it's way out.
