i bought your game, but every time i try to start it i see the updater >login>see white window>see a second of the loading screen> then the window closes

you send the following file to support@crashtastic.com


If you are on Windows,send:


%AppData%\Crashtastic\crashtastic_client_Data\output_log.txt


on Mac send ...

~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

Can you look in the host-file (C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\host), and remove any reference to  api.crashtastic.com , and try logging in again?

did this work? cause it did not work for me it says acces is denied and i have admin rights
