Bug when placing wheels on top of each other

As shown above, if you place wheels on either side of a small beam, they'll intersect, resulting in an explosion.
It's also notable that this thing results in success. While technically the dummy has traveled 10 meters, it's questionable whether this is the way it's supposed to be.
