Can you try adding Crashtastic to the Windows Firewall?


You can do this by:


Click Start then Control Panel

Click System and Security

Click "Allow a program through Windows Firewall"

Click Change Setttings

Click Allow another program..

Click Browse and find the Crashtastic.exe file in the diretory you installed it.

Click Add

Make sure crashtastic.exe Public is checked.

Click OK

You may need to reboot, after which you can try to login again.



Also, check to make sure that you look in the host-file (C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\host), and remove any reference to  api.crashtastic.com
