Ragdoll splits in two while editing
Sometimes when i'm making a new vehicle the ragdoll splits in two around the waist when turning over the camera.
Then i can't place anything on the place where the upper body of the ragdoll sits, luckily the bottom part stays put.

This should be now fixed in version 0.4.3
Ive had this kinda happen as well. While editing placing a piece where the guy is at on accident caused him to move and break and had to trash the vehicle as everytime I pressed go it would fail right away do to him being already broken/on the ground. =/
