Records arrows are inconsistent

By default, when looking at the level objective/record screen, you'll notice the "Records" arrows are highlighted blue (they appear usable).

However if you click on the arrows next to "Personal" to change it to "World" or "Friends", then go back to "Personal", the arrows next to "Records" are now grayed out.
