Refunds

Hi, I went and bought this game after watching several gameplay videos etc but didn't realise that the developer has pretty much left it for dead. What is the refund policy if any? I'm from the UK and I know I'm entitled to a refund so it's going to happen, I would just like it to happen in an easy manner.
