Make it easier for people to reset their passwords on your website. Link no where to be found.

Forgot my password for quite some time (now remembered), but there is no where on your website that I can see where to reset your password, even though in the intro email after purchase it says to reset your password on the website. Thanks.

every single time i load up my big models such as my tank ,my car and  my plane nothing comes up any to speed it up and it never loads

Can you look in C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\host and remove any listing to api.crashtastic.com and try again?

Records arrows are inconsistent

By default, when looking at the level objective/record screen, you'll notice the "Records" arrows are highlighted blue (they appear usable).

However if you click on the arrows next to "Personal" to change it to "World" or "Friends", then go back to "Personal", the arrows next to "Records" are now grayed out.

Ragdoll spazzing out when arms flail behind him

As the title says, The level is the 3rd one "Need for Speed" i built a simple vehicle using a basic frame, shocks, steering wheels up front and two rockets. anything above %45 speed the robots arm swing back, then spaz out flailing extremely quickly (I am assuming when they hit a joint limit) every time it causes him to fall out of his seat nearly right after you hit GO. I can supply screen shots if needed
